The National Pyramid Trust
Helps primary school aged children to fulfil their potential in school and in life by building their self-esteem and resilience. The Trust, through local partnerships of statutory and voluntary agencies, runs programmes for 7 to 10 year olds who are causing concern as a result of significant emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. The work involves checking the emotional and behavioural needs of all children in a year group and offering real help to those who need it. In particular, there will be therapeutic activity groups for up to 10 children for 10 weeks after school. These groups are carefully designed to improve relationship and social skills, and raise self-esteem and confidence.
