The PROGRESS Programme

The PROGRESS Programme is a sustained in-depth conversation that releases hidden potential in staff and students to change their schools for the better. Antidote consultants work with the school community to understand what is happening now that needs to change, and to draw out people’s creative ideas for bringing about that change.  The Programme has demonstrated its capacity to improve wellbeing, behaviour, learning and achievement.

The PROGRESS Programme has five stages .

PROGRESS Lite is a scaled-down version of the PROGRESS Programme that provides staff and students with the opportunity to work together online on a strategy that will make teaching and learning even better.
